Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, feedback, and necessary access to resources required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Projects typically require an initial deposit before commencement, with additional payments due at project milestones or upon completion. Late payments may result in delays in service delivery.
For applications featuring in-app purchases, we ensure compliance with all applicable app store guidelines and regulations. Monetization strategies are designed to enhance user experience while providing fair value.
When implementing advertising in applications, we adhere to policies of advertising networks including Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, and others. Advertising content is carefully selected to maintain app quality and user experience.
All applications distributed through Google Play Store comply with Google's Developer Policy Center requirements, including but not limited to content policies, user data policies, and program policies.
Applications distributed through the Apple App Store comply with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, including requirements for privacy, security, and content appropriateness.
Our applications are designed and rated appropriately for their target audiences. We implement age rating systems and content filtering as required by app stores and regional regulations. Parents are responsible for determining age-appropriate content for their children.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If no resolution can be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Beijing, China.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
